How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment. Text generation costs less than image generation; template-backed visual posts cost more because they run both layout selection and image work. Smart reuse reduces spend when an adaptation is cheaper than a net-new render. Additional credits can be purchased if you run out before renewal.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan is paid. Each paid plan includes a 7-day trial so you can evaluate the workflow against real briefs before the first renewal.
Who is the legal owner and who processes payments?
Convidule is a product of KSQ Commerce LLC. Subscription checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Invoices, taxes, and card processing follow MoR standards. Refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the billing dashboard. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No phone call is required.
What if a charge looks wrong?
Write billing@convidule.online with the invoice ID. MoR refunds, where applicable, follow the published Return & Refund Policy rather than informal chat promises.
