Privacy Policy

Convidule is owned and operated by KSQ Commerce LLC (“KSQ,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data when you visit the site or use the Service.

Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, and password hashes or third-party auth tokens as applicable. Billing data: plan, subscription status, and identifiers returned by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full card numbers. Usage data: prompts, generated drafts, business profiles, uploaded assets, and product analytics needed to operate the Service. Technical data: IP address, device/browser metadata, and security logs.

To provide and secure the Service, generate requested content, bill subscriptions, communicate about the account, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

We use subprocessors that are necessary to run the product, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, AI model providers, object storage, and Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record for payment. Those parties process data under their own terms and only on our instructions where we are controller.

Account and billing records are kept for the life of the account and as required for tax and accounting. Generated drafts and profiles remain until you delete them or the account is closed, subject to backup cycles. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve issues.

You may access or update profile information in the dashboard, cancel subscription from billing, and request deletion of account data by writing support@convidule.online. Some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so.

The Service may be hosted and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Service you understand that data may be transferred to those locations.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
