Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Convidule (the “Service”), a software product owned and operated by KSQ Commerce LLC (“KSQ,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Convidule provides tools to generate, edit, store, and export social media copy and visual drafts. The Service does not publish to third-party social networks on your behalf and does not replace your native channel tools.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@convidule.online if you believe access has been compromised.

The Service is sold on paid subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment. Unused credits do not roll over unless we state otherwise in writing. Additional credits may be offered for purchase. Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record on behalf of KSQ Commerce LLC. Taxes, invoices, and card processing follow that Merchant of Record relationship.

Plans may include a 7-day trial. Unless cancelled, the paid subscription renews at the then-current rate. Cancel anytime from the billing dashboard; access continues through the end of the current period.

You will not use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content; to attempt unauthorized access; to resell the Service except via an approved agency use of isolated brand profiles; or to overload or reverse engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits.

You retain rights in prompts, brand assets, and other materials you submit (“Customer Content”). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a license to use drafts and assets the Service generates for your commercial publishing. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before publication, including claims, trademarks, and platform policy compliance.

The Service, including software, templates, documentation, and the Convidule name and marks, is owned by KSQ Commerce LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that IP.

We may modify features, credit costs, or plan limits with reasonable notice where a change is material to paying customers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KSQ Commerce LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unpaid fees, or legal risk. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
