Return & Refund Policy

Convidule subscriptions are sold by KSQ Commerce LLC and checked out through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record (“MoR”). The MoR collects payment, issues invoices and receipts, and handles applicable sales tax / VAT. Refunds, where approved, are issued by the MoR back to the original payment method.

Convidule is a digital SaaS product. There is no physical good to ship or return. “Return” in this policy means cancellation of the subscription and, where eligible, a refund of a qualifying charge.

Paid plans include a 7-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged for the first renewal, provided the MoR has not already captured a non-trial charge. Trial usage of credits does not create a refundable balance.

If you cancel after a paid period has begun, access continues until the end of that period. We do not automatically prorate unused time or unused credits. We may, at our discretion or where required by law or MoR policy, refund a first paid charge requested within fourteen (14) days of the charge if usage has been minimal and there is no evidence of abuse.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting billing may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

One-time credit top-ups are consumed as generation runs. Unused purchased credits are generally non-refundable once the pack has been delivered to the account, except where required by law or MoR policy.

Email billing@convidule.online from the account email with: invoice ID (from Lemon Squeezy), date of charge, and reason. We typically respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed by the MoR and can take several additional business days to appear on the statement.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where such law requires a longer cooling-off period for digital services, we will honor that requirement.
